6. Matthew McConaughey - Arrested on October 25, 1999, Charge: Resisting Arrest
Seems the police are quite fond of the players in Mud, as Witherspoon€™s co-star, McConaughey has also had run ins with the law. At 29, McConaughey was in his Austin home when police officers showed up to investigate a noise complaint. What they found as McConaughey and an unidentified man naked and stinking of marijuana. Apart from the weed paraphernalia, stems and seeds were found at the site and both suspects were glassy-eyed and acting strangely. McConaughey was found dancing around with bongos, to be more specific. When asked to put on his clothes, McConaughey took a swing at an officer, who used force to arrest the actor and drag him to the jailhouse, where he was booked on drug charges. He stayed overnight while the charges were dropped, due to lack of evidence.
