RIGHTEOUS KILL trailer looks straight-to-dvd quality
De Niro & Pacino's movie looks like a dud.
As we all thought then, the second on screen partnership of Al Pacino and Robert De Niro looks like an absolute dud. A trailer reel has been leaked online which Coming Soon have pointed us to and sadly it looks like Milleniun Films have put together another straight-to-dvd quality film. I'm currently watching The Contract with Morgan Freeman and John Cusack which similarity went straight-to-dvd from the studio and from the looks of this promo reel, this is sadly heading the same way with two big name stars. CLICK HERE TO SEE THE TRAILER We now know that the plot involves De Niro and Pacino as two aging cops who are on the hunt of a serial killer who leaves poems by the side of his victims. If there was ever a missed opportunity then this is surely it. I'm sure a better film-maker and a better script could have enticed De Niro and Pacino to work together on something a little more exciting than this. It just makes you wish Michael Mann was behind the picture.
