David Slade drops out of the terrorist thriller which will now be helmed by Gregor Jordan (Ned Kelly).

Variety say that David Slade (30 Days of Night) has dropped out of the Senator Entertainment thriller Unthinkable which he signed up to in February and has been quickly replaced by Gregor Jordan (Ned Kelly). Samuel L. Jackson will star in the feature that should begin production on Sept. 2nd in Michigan and sounds an awful lot like The Sum of All Fears (with a title that also is reminiscent) mixed with 24...

Story centers on a major threat to the United States when the locations of three nuclear devices are shrouded in secrecy by a single terrorist. With only two days before they are deployed, a black-ops interrogator and a female FBI agent have to decide how far they will go to find them.
No reason was given as to why Slade departed.
