9. Reindeer & Sleigh Animatronic Prop

Pictured above is a highly-detailed animatronic model of Santa's reindeer used in the movie. The reindeer also came with a model sleigh, made of wood and full of animatronic puppets wired with servos to control their movements during the flight sequence near the end of the film. They might look crude like this, but they were completely convincing in the scene.
