Sarah Paulson is THE SPIRIT'S lover
Golden Globe nominee is THE SPIRIT's true love, who just happens to be the police commissioner's daughter!
The Hollywood Reporter claim that Sarah Paulson (Golden Globe nominee for STUDIO SIXTY ON THE SUNSET STRIP) has joined the cast as THE SPIRIT'S true love, Dr. Ellen Doran. She also just happens to be the police commissioner's daughter. She joins the mega hot Eva Mendes and Scarlett Johansson as the female portion of the cast. Gabriel Macht will be THE SPIRIT and Samuel L. Jackson plays his arch nemesis The Octopus. What a cast, and all of them are the kind of people that Miller would draw out in his own comics, so none of these names are a surprise for me. Production will begin in October in New Mexico and will be shot entirely at Albuquerque Studios. Bring on 2009!
