SAW V hits the Benz!
RAMBO actress will be this year's main Jigsaw victim.
Variety say Julie Benz (Rambo, Punisher 2) will topline this year's obligatory Saw movie (they are up to five now, by the way) for debut director David Hackl, who worked on the previous three movies as a production designer. The script comes from the writers of Saw IV and for the first time since the original Saw, Darren Lynn Bousmann had nothing to do with this picture. Production began March 17th and the film of course will be in cinema's this Halloween. The last Saw I viewed in the cinema was Saw II... after that it became obvious that I was just going to be paying for the same movie year in and year out. I've hated the rest which I have caught up with on DVD, I doubt this one will be any different.
