Saw V & VI looking to keep it in the family

As usual, Lionsgate are already looking forward to their big 'Saw' paydays for the next couple of years. The news from Bloody Disgusting is that a director has been found for Saw V and Saw VI which at the moment is as far as they are looking ahead. David Hackl is the guy. He was the second-unit director for two of the previous Saw flicks and has worked as production designer on the last three. Not surprisingly then that Lionsgate want to keep the franchise in the family and give the reign to those who have worked on it's success so far. Of course, the time when one Saw movie flops (which will happen, eventually) will probably mark the end or at the very least a slow down in the franchise, so Hackl will be hoping Darren Lynn Bousman's last contribution to the series won't bomb this October.
