13. When He Got Upset So We Got Upset
This heartbreaking memory montage is when we fully understood why Snape acted so dismissively of Harry for seven years. He was in love with Lily, and he trusted that Dumbledore was able to protect the woman he loved. But at this point in particular is probably the first time we've ever seen Snape look helpless, in fact, it's probably one of the few times that we've ever seen Rickman look helpless.
