Solo: A Star Wars Story - 10 Reasons To Be Excited
3. The Millennium Falcon
The Millennium Falcon is the granddaddy of Star Wars vessels, and to see it in younger, healthier times is one Solo's biggest attractions.
Sporting a matte white finish in the interior and not the weathered, grimy one it would have years later, the Falcon we see in the Solo prequel has flown considerably fewer miles than the one from A New Hope onwards. It's a sleek, prequel-ian looking thing, and while that's bound to rub some people the wrong way, there's no denying the allure of seeing the Falcon in its prime, before Han got his mitts all over it.
This was Lando's ship, remember, and so it makes sense for this particular Y-T freighter to exude class, especially when it was already clear that Han had messed around with the ship by the time he and Lando met up again during the events of Empire Strikes Back.
It's a vessel in its prime, but don't expect that to be the case for long.
