Solo: A Star Wars Story - 12 Rumours That Were Utter Bull

12. Jabba The Hutt Has A Cameo

The Rumour: With iconic, legendarily grotesque gangster Jabba the Hutt being such a crucial figure in Han Solo's (Alden Ehrenreich) backstory, many fans were convinced that he'd have at least a cameo appearance, setting up the future run-in between the two.

The Truth: Though the Hutt Cartel is name-dropped during the movie and the ending quite blatantly implies that Han and Chewie (Joonas Suotamo) are heading off to Tatooine to meet Jabba, the gangster actually doesn't appear in Solo at all.

It's as certain as anything that Jabba will have a significant role in the planned Solo sequel (if it gets made), but fans hoping to see Jabba back on the big screen will sadly be waiting a few more years for their taste.
