Selfies are part and parcel of living in the 21st century, but even though that is the case, the moment where Peter pauses to snap a photo of himself swinging through NYC just screams Spider-Man PS4.

Insomniac's game released to major acclaim September 2018, with one of its more surprisingly praised features being the one that enabled players to snap selfies while swinging through the city. Peter even throws up the same expression Spidey does in the game in the film, prompting comparisons between the two.

Marvel's Spider-Man was also referenced in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, with the game's Advanced Suit on display in Peter Parker's lair.
