1. Flash Thompson's Love For Spider-Man

In the comics, Flash Thompson is a high school bully who torments Peter Parker. Eventually the two grow to stand each other as Pete endears himself to his friendship circle - comprised of Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy and Harry Osborn - but for the most part the character has never been one of Parker's admirers. Instead, he actively adores Spider-Man, to the point that, in the comics, he even enlisted in the military - so inspired was he by the wall-crawler's heroics.

While it's unlikely we're going to see the same arc repeat itself on the big screen, Tony Revolori's character does exhibit the same relationship Flash had with Spidey in the comics, taking the time to defend the web-slinger, only to insult Peter as he walks into the room.

It's meant to exemplify the responsibility of being a superhero, with Pete revelling in no glory when not in the mask. If it points towards some more development between the two characters, with Flash even taking on a greater role than just being the comic relief, that would be great too.
