Spider-Man: Far From Home Trailer Breakdown - 18 Things You Need To See
16. Happy & May
It seems like one of Aunt May's sole purposes in this universe is to be flirted with by the people looking after Spider-Man. First, it was Tony Stark, and now Happy and May are displaying some instant chemistry, which confuses the hell out of Peter.
Happy's presence here is interesting in what it means for Endgame, since he's being sent rather than Tony Stark (who won't be in the movie). Obviously part of that is quite logistical - it's a lot cheaper and easier to cast Jon Favreau than it is Robert Downey Jr - but it also doesn't bode well for Stark in Endgame, unless he's simply laying low for a while.
Either way, Happy and May are both strong supporting characters and, based on their brief conversation here, wouldn't be a bad pairing going forward, especially if it keeps Happy in the MCU a while longer.
