Indeed, the detention scene opens with another classic PSA video from Captain America, as he tells the class, "So, you got Detention...", and attempts to impart some sage advice about avoiding the punishment in the future.

Cap continues in his most enthusiastic tone, "Take it from a guy who was frozen for 65 years, there’s nothing cooler than sticking to the rules!"

The cheesy delivery is gloriously funny, somehow melding the believable cringe factor of high school PSAs and the heightened nature of superheroes existing in "real life" into a dementedly entertaining whole. And that's without mentioning his speech on puberty, either.
