5. "If You're Nothing Without The Suit, You Shouldn't Have It"

After Spidey requires the help of Iron Man to avoid total disaster at the Staten Island Ferry, the two meet up and Tony rips Peter to shreds for not listening to him and trying to take too much on for his lack of superhero experience.

When Tony asks for the Stark Spidey suit back, Peter claims that he's nothing without the suit, to which Stark delivers the perfect retort, "If you're nothing without the suit, you shouldn't have it."

This really feels like the movie's own take on "With great power comes great responsibility", a wise, catchy phrase that says a lot about where the character has come from and where he needs to get to in order to be a great superhero. Downey kills the delivery and the whole scene plays fantastically.
