11. Peter Was Wearing His Boxers Over His Spidey Suit

As this is a fledgling superhero movie, it's pretty much the law that we'd get a "tooling up" sequence in which we saw Peter put on his costume. It's part of the rites of passage for every new character (unless they arrive fully formed), as the mythology of transition is still a big deal.

In that back alley scene, we see him struggling, which he obviously learns from later as he comes to Liz's party with his costume underneath his clothes for a quicker transition. Weirdly though, when we see him changed, his pile of clothes reveals a pair of boxer shorts, which suggests that he was wearing underwear over his superhero suit...

That's just odd and unecessary.
