24. Mac Gargan

After Peter foils one of Vulture's gang's raids to get more tech scrap, he and Phineas Mason - obviously based on but never actually called The Tinkerer - discuss their options for making more money. Mason mentions that they still have enough raw materials for the "Gargan tail".

That's clearly a reference to Mac Gargan - AKA the Scorpion, whose suit included a weaponised tail and who we know operates in this universe.

During the ferry scene, we actually meet him, very briefly, played by Better Call Saul's Michael Mando, who has a distinctive scorpion tattoo on his neck as a further nod to his comic origin.
