Finally, as Ned taps away on his laptop, a number of meme stickers are visible on the laptop lid: Glorious PC Master Race, "This Is Fine" and "Me Gusta". While memes are indeed a reflection of contemporary youth, hopefully the movie won't get overly bogged down in meme-related humour, because that's a recipe for prime cringe material.

At least keeping them as unspoken visual gags is a snappy way to nod towards Ned and Peter's nerdy sense of humour, and of course, the PC Master Race Reddit sub will have a field day seeing their semi-ironic PC worship show up in one of the year's biggest movies.
