Spider-Man: Homecoming Sequel Officially Titled Far From Home

Spoof video reveals title...

Tom Holland's gimmick these days is as the Marvel Studios employee who can't keep his mouth shut. After being a little too talkative about his first few MCU appearances, the newest Spider-Man actor has now evolved into an actual marketing tool thanks to Marvel embracing him as a spoiler.

And it's thanks to that gimmick that we now finally know what Spider-Man: Homecoming's sequel will be called. Holland released a spoof video on Instagram this weekend to reveal "accidentally" that the title will be Spider-Man: Far From Home, confirming the rumours that it will take place away from New York City (at least partly, anyway).

Holland has previously said that Homecoming was going to be the first in a planned trilogy of Spider-Man stand-alones in the MCU, and it seems the studio are going with a Home theme across the series. Let's hope he doesn't have to permanently go home to Sony once the third movie comes out...

Next up, Spidey will appear in Avengers 4 (even though he's "dead") with Far From Home coming out mere months after the event sequel's release.
