Vulture is a classic Spider-Man villain, with the two sharing numerous battles both in the pages of the comics and on the various animated series.

As Artvader notes, seeing the pair go at it in Homecoming calls to mind one of their previous fights, which, er, got a little weird. Classic. Maybe we'll see something similar in the movie.
