Marisa Tomei's Aunt May should be an interesting character here, able to play something more than just the old lady in Peter's life. That's the case in theory, though she hardly appears in the trailer.

We get just one shot of Aunt May, looking pretty concerned about some unseen thing, presumably to do with her nephew.
