Star Trek: First Contact - 5 Things That Worked And 5 That Didn't

Borg Queen First Contact was supposed to herald a new series of films that would keep the Star Trek franchise fat and happy after the baton was passed from the original crew in the unfortunately obligatory Generations, and by most measures it was a glorious success. Sadly of course, that success was largely voided by the next two TNG films, the TV show quality Insurrection and the abominable Nemesis. While the original crew has now been recast and have been a (debatable) success in their own right in J.J. Abram's films, it is unlikely that TNG will ever get the same vindication on the silver screen.
