A fine duellist, and the master of Form III lightsaber combat. Obi-Wan was known by many, including Grievous, as "The Negotiator," due to his fierce intelligence and commitment to alternative resolutions than fighting. Kenobi's knack for diplomacy was invaluable to the Republic during his time as a general in the Clone Wars.

Learning under Master Qui-Gon Jinn, Obi-Wan was exposed to a number of experiences and ideologies under Qui-Gon that many of his counterparts would not have experienced. This gave Obi-Wan vital experience for when the time came for him to train the Chosen One, Anakin Skywalker, into one of the most powerful Jedi that the Order ever produced.

Obi-Wan was the first Jedi to defeat a Sith warrior in over one-thousand years, when he sliced Maul in two on Naboo. Obi-Wan later killed Maul on Tatooine, finishing the job he had started many years before.

Throughout the Clone Wars he went toe-to-toe with Grievous, Ventress, Dooku and finally Anakin Skywalker - defeating the latter on Mustafar. Kenobi was one of the most dedicated, powerful and formidable Jedi to have existed.
