Speaking of Temuera Morrison, in addition to playing Jango and now Boba Fett, the actor was also behind all of the adult Clone Troopers in the Star Wars Prequel Trilogy (which had been cloned from Jango). This includes CC-2224, better known as Commander Cody.

Cody made his live-action debut in 2005's Revenge of the Sith, later appearing in the 2008 animated feature film Star Wars: The Clone Wars before becoming a mainstay of the television series of the same name. What some may forget, however, is that Cody actually appeared on the small screen before Revenge of the Sith hit cinemas.

Before the 3D-animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars, there was Star Wars: Clone Wars, a 2D-animated short-form series developed by animation icon Genndy Tartakovsky that debuted in 2003. Cody first appears in the second episode of Clone Wars Volume Two, "Chapter 22," in which he has a brief conversation with Obi-Wan Kenobi.

While Tartakovsky's Clone Wars is no longer canon, "Chapter 22" aired on Cartoon Network on 22 March 2005 -- meaning Commander Cody's first on-screen appearance came two months before Revenge of the Sith's theatrical release on 19 May.
