Star Wars Cassian Andor: 10 Rebels Characters Who Need To Appear
The fan favourites we need to see fighting alongside Captain Andor.
The announcement of the Cassian Andor show was met with a warm reaction from Star Wars fans. Mainly because, after the unmistakable Solo fiasco, it seems that Lucasfilm is sticking to the things they know people actually want.
First, they revealed The Mandalorian (which will star Pedro Pascal in one of the leading roles), leaning on its potential relationship to fan favourite Boba Fett who was a Mandalorian himself. The Rebellion is another theme that seems to be widely appreciated in the fandom - and we can safely assume the action of the upcoming Cassian Andor show will revolve around that timeline as well.
Even better, this show's setting gives Lucasfilm the opportunity to insert plenty of cameos from beloved Star Wars characters. From the Original Trilogy heroes to comic-books villains, everyone has a chance to appear once the series airs.
However it would be a waste to not include Rebels characters in particular, who the audience learned to care for despite the rocky start of the show. Even if it's just for a single-episode appearance, it would be a missed opportunity for some of these to sit out the series entirely.
10. Ahsoka Tano
As one of fandom's biggest favourites, Ahsoka's appearance in any show is always welcome.
The Togruta hero, after leaving the Jedi Order in The Clone Wars, became one of the Rebellion's first agents, working closely with Bail Organa. That means her cameo in the Cassian Andor show would be more than justified - she was there when the Rebel Alliance was created.
However, that's not all. Ahsoka became Organa's intelligence network manager, adopting the codename Fulcrum. Coincidentally, we know only two more characters who used that codename - Agent Kallus and Captain Andor.
Could Ahsoka be the one to teach Cassian the secrets of working as a spy, then? It certainly seems likely.
