Star Wars: Every Movie & TV Show Ranked Worst To Best
21. The Ewok Spin-Offs
If there were any characters in the Star Wars universe who didn't need their own spin-offs, it would have to be the ewoks first introduced in Return of the Jedi.
But, in yet another spell of madness, Lucasfilm thought the idea showed promise, so an animated series titled Ewoks and two made-for-TV movies - Caravan of Courage and The Battle of Endor - were released between 1985 and 1986.
The various spin-offs stink of tactless executives clutching desperately for a quick cash-grab, with the show in particular watching like a soulless attempt to make Star Wars purely geared toward a child audience.
Aside from the Holiday Special, Star Wars as a franchise has never been more empty or meritless than this.
