Seen In: Whiplash, Fantastic Four, The Divergent Series, The Spectacular Now, That Awkward Moment Why He'd Be Great As Solo: If Dave Franco is too douche-y for the role, Teller has the ability to dial that way down. His sense of humour isn't for everybody, sure, but it's largely delivered in small doses - and usually acts as some sort of defence mechanism for whichever character he's playing at the time, which also usually works really well. Should Disney and Lucasfilm be in want of a version of Han Solo who's vulnerable but already showing shades of the great personality traits that Original Trilogy Han has, then Teller can ably reach that level - one need only look to The Spectacular Now for evidence of that. His acting talent on display in Whiplash alone also no doubt would have been responsible for gaining him an audience with the directors and producers of Han Solo. What Are His Chances: Not bad, not bad at all. One of the biggest things standing in Teller's way is the fact that he probably looks the least like Harrison Ford out of anyone on this list, and skews to the older end of the bunch - although Kasdan and co. have mentioned that similar physical appearance isn't really what they're looking for, but rather an actor who can perfectly capture "the essence" of the character. Which Teller arguably does.
