One of the most memorable quotes from A New Hope is Grand Moff Tarkin's "You may fire when ready", just moments before he obliterates Alderaan with the Death Star's laser.

Well, the line is re-used at the end of Rogue One, when Tarkin aims the Death Star at Scarif and fires it directly on Krennic's position.

Though the line was re-recorded by Guy Henry for the movie, it retains all the menace of its original delivery, and is one of the film's most bone-chillingly effective moments (uncanny Tarkin CGI and all).
