8. Chiwetel Ejiofor
For some reason its surprising to find that Ejiofor is 37. He managed to seem at once much older and much younger in his storming performance in 12 Years A Slave. His roles in Serenity, Children Of Men, and 2012 display a controlled, quiet presence, and he could definitely pull off a brooding, cautious Fett, carefully weighing up situations. Hes a wonderfully reserved actor, and the suggestion that hes holding something back would be perfect for a bounty hunter whos learned not to trust anyone. The one thing going against Ejiofor is that he doesnt have much experience playing really dangerous characters an entire generation will know him from Love Actually. But he showed his immense talent in 12 Years, and he certainly deserves a chance to sink his teeth into another huge role.
