Star Wars: The Force Awakens - 7 Deleted Scenes You Need To See

2. Kylo Ren On The Falcon

Another one that sounded very interesting from the novelisation, this deleted scene shows the First Order Snowtroopers searching the Millennium Falcon, not long after it's crash landed on Starkiller Base, with Kylo Ren himself then quickly arriving on the scene.

Given what we know at this point about Kylo Ren, and the fact he is Han Solo's son, there's a lot of weight to this scene without the need for anything being said, apart from Kylo's "Han Solo." We know that it's evoking the memories of his father, and of his past life before he turned to the Dark Side, and this could be a contributing factor in how he's split between the Light and the Dark when Han confronts him on the bridge.

That moment works perfectly without this of course, but getting to see the son of Han Solo step onto the Falcon is still pretty cool to watch.
