Not only is Finn alive and well now after his run-in with Kylo Ren, but he's still sporting Poe Dameron's jacket, which was given to him in The Force Awakens.

Indeed, the whole outfit is very Poe-esque, which is perhaps a signal of his growing role within the Resistance now that he's a fully-fledged member. This is the same outfit we saw him wearing in the behind-the-scenes footage, in what looked like a First Order cell, although from that we do now he also wears a First Order uniform too.
