Star Wars: The Last Jedi Trailer - 13 Easter Eggs & Secrets You Probably Missed

3. Man Of Steel

Besides being major blockbusters, you wouldn't expect there to be too much linking The Last Jedi with 2013's Superman reboot Man of Steel.

And yet, the trailer here does have a couple of similar images, most notably the image where Rey moves the stones with her hand and the Force, which echoes one of Kal-El in the Man of Steel trailer (and his first on the stone is similar to the first shot of this trailer), and the hand running over the photograph like the white glove over the Jedi Order symbol.

Screen Rant have gone one further with this idea, and actually laid over the audio from the Man of Steel trailer on top of what we see in The Last Jedi, and while it's not a completely perfect match, most of it does fit surprisingly well:
