7. The Rey/Ren Link Persists

Though they aren't linked by genetics as some had speculated before release, Rey and Kylo Ren are tied together by a powerful psychological bridge created by Snoke (which sort of begs the question of why he didn't use his ability to manipulate Rey's and to simply take control of her).

Curiously, even with Snoke gone by the end of the film, the link seems to remain between the two, as their final loaded glance seems to suggest. Clearly, that exchange is supposed to show that both feel drawn to each other (one as a saviour, the other as a conqueror of sorts), but the manner of their interaction raises intriguing questions.

Will the two now be accidentally linked together without their control periodically now that Snoke is gone? Do they now have some semblance of control over the link without his influence? Or was this just a residual bond that will fade?
