17. Star Wars: The Complete Saga Blu Ray (2011)
Not learning from previous errors, for the Saga's debut in high-definition Lucas once again meddled with the movies. Now Ewoks blink, R2 hides behind some rocks and Vader screams "Nooo" before killing the Emperor - all essential things.
This was the culmination of an over-a-decade long insult to fans of the original cuts, with Lucas claiming the latest versions are the definitive take on the trilogy. Here's hoping Disney change that view soon.
