Suicide Squad: 10 Actors Who Could Replace Tom Hardy
4. Luke Hemsworth
You have to feel for the elder Hemsworth. Where Chris (two years younger) has the part of Thor keeping him in mansions and blockbuster hits for the better part of a decade, and Liam (eight years younger) managed to escape a life sentence on Neighbours to star as Gale in The Hunger Games film series, Luke has yet to find his big breakthrough hit. What's a guy got to do to get his own trilogy? He must be feeling left out. Unlike his Aussie brethren, Luke has yet to break out of the Neighbours ghetto. That isn't any sort of reflection on his talents, he just hasn't quite seized the opportunities like his brothers, his latest big shot Noel Clark's sci-fi thriller The Anomaly being characterised as a noble failure. Not that he should get the role of Rick Flag solely out of sympathy. For one thing, that's not how Hollywood works. For another, he is a genuinely good actor, has the right look (if, again, not nationality) for Flag, and the Hemsworth name is worth a few bob, whichever it is.
