Suicide Squad: 14 Obscure Easter Eggs You Probably Missed

In the much publicised scene in which Harley breaks into the shop window to steal a handbag that was shown in the trailer (and cooed over/complained about because of her gratuitous butt-shot), there's a secret foreshadowing message.

The window display includes the repeated Latin motif "si vis pacem para bellum", translated to English as "if you want peace, prepare for war". That's basically exactly Amanda Waller's mantra.

In the next window, there's also a giant smiley face daubed on the wall: definitely a Watchmen call-back given the idea of watching the watchmen and the over-use of meta-humans for underand purposes.
