Suicide Squad Trailer 2 Breakdown: 28 Things You Must See

16. Katana The Enforcer

Captain Boomerang seems to try and take advantage of the confusion around Slipknot's "escape" by launching his own chaotic bid - or at least getting one of his steels out to throw at Katana. She's having absolutely none of it.

It's worrying to think that Boomerang might end up being played like Telly Savalas' character in the Dirty Dozen, and giving in to his criminal urges. There's definitely a sense that he's a thoroughly bad guy (despite the humour) and having him attack Katana would probably make sense given that assumption.

Let's just hope that it doesn't go too far towards sexual violence, as it would be unnecessary and wouldn't elicit anything but cheap drama. Hopefully his "have you got a boyfriend" is as far as that dynamic goes: given Katana's reaction, it doesn't look like anything is blossoming.
