21. Everything About The T-1000 Is A Homage

Genisys' T-1000 has so much Robert Patrick in its liquid metal DNA it's no surprise that the original plan was to have the T2 actor reprise his most famous role. Not only does Byung-hun Lee's T-1000 default to a cop (initially as part of the subversion of the original film), his mannerisms and actions totally mirror the original version; guns send him shifting back before he gains composure, one bullet blows out his eye, part of him attaches onto the hero's vehicle and he even morphs through a windshield.
