3. The Lost Arm

During the climactic fight with John, the T-800's arm is ripped off, leaving him incapacitated just like his counterpart was in the Terminator 2. The angles of the scene even reflect this - Arnie is seen crawling on the ground just as he did in 1991. More than that, however, the arm is never retrieved or destroyed, meaning it's a loose plot thread, just like the arm from the original Terminator, which was used in that timeline as the basis of Skynet in Judgement Day.
