The film jumps around in time - this is clearly a sequence from after the T-800's rescue of the young Sarah Connor that is shown in the full trailer, since Arnie hasn't yet aged.
Presumably, Skynet sends their own younger model T-800 back to kill Sarah before she's even a teenager, in a much more sensible move than waiting for her to grow up and fight back.
