Clearly Connor's offensive is successful, as the base that previously sent the T-800 back through time is now under their control. So expect a pitched battle and an initially happy ending for the human resistance, but not in time to stop the time travelling assassin. This feels like the final move of Skynet, desperate to stop the resistance's rise under Connor, as opposed to the tactic of a successful enemy (as it did in the first two Terminator movies).
