In Conclusion...
In my mind, the likely lineup would consist of Lizard, Electro, Vulture, Green Goblin, Venom and Kraven. Though Rhino or Doctor Octopus are also likelihoods, Rhino seems more of a one-off deal and Doctor Octopus is too major a villain to introduce into a crowded movie without having previously been introduced on his own terms and integrated into a convoluted story arc. I'd say we can safely assume Lizard, Electro, Vulture and some sort of Goblin will be included. All we can do know is wait and see what happens in Amazing Spiderman 2, and see what is alluded to for the third film. Will Adrian Toomes/ Vulture take centre stage? Will Gwen meet her end at the hands of The Green Goblin? Will The Symbiote pop up? Will Kraven arrive to hunt down the biggest prey of them all? Regardless of my thoughts on The Amazing Spiderman, I'll give the sequel the benefit of the doubt. And I'd be lying if I said I wasn't an excited little fanboy at the prospect of Spiderman taking on The Sinister Six! Let's see who he's up against...
