Desperate to do something about it, Batman brings out a container of fluid and injects it in himself from an opening from his suit specific for this situation.

The fluid might be adrenaline because once Batman feels its effect, he is rejuvenated and hyped up to continue piling on the bad guy stupid enough to assault Selina Kyle in front of him.
