The smartest decision this scene makes is to be in The Penguin’s perspective. We barely even see Batman inside the Batmobile interior. This makes it so that the Batmobile looks like a relentless spectre that will never stop.

The Penguin looks scared, and whatever he does to slow the car down, the car just speeds through it been when that means a car pileup explosion. It might as well be a horror movie, where the slasher will eventually get to its target.
