The Flash: 10 Ways Ben Affleck's Batman Could Be Written Out Of The DCEU

5. His Disappearance Becomes Barry Allen's New Mystery To Solve

After learning that Reverse-Flash killed his mother, Barry Allen clears his father's name and frees him from prison. With Nora Allen's murder solved, the Fastest Man Alive could need a new mystery to solve, and it probably doesn't get any bigger than attempting to find, and save, Batman.

Time-travel is a complicated storytelling device and, as of now, we don't know whether the Flash is just going to visit different Earths or create a new one, but with Robert Pattinson's Batman off in his own world, it does look like Keaton will be the main DCEU's new Dark Knight. However, that doesn't mean Barry will necessarily forget his old mentor,

Assuming he doesn't, the hero will obviously need a reason to try and find or save Batman, and that could be to help him battle the Reverse-Flash or to rescue him from a timeline which he doomed by travelling back in time. That would mean referencing Zack Snyder's time in the DCEU, of course, but that might be no bad thing, especially if Justice League: The Snyder Cut is a hit...

Josh Wilding hasn't written a bio just yet, but if they had... it would appear here.
