The Golden Compass leaked footage

4760.jpgI don't know how this footage got on the Internet, but it just looks fantastic. Apparently it's a teaser for toy companies who may be interested in striking up deals for the The Golden Compass movie, the first flick to be based on Phillip Pullman's His Dark Materials series. It's far from finished footage, and who knows how long we will be able to keep it up but this just looks great. The best fantasy movie since Return of the King (although it still comes up way short on Peter Jackson's epic). There's just so much to take in I've seen it about 4 times now. I can't wait until we see something official on this thing.....
