Right now the basics of The Man From U.N.C.L.E.'s plot are pretty clear. The trailer sets most of it rather succinctly. Which makes Elizabeth Debicki's appearance as a character called Victoria Vinciguerra all the more confusing, because she doesn't seem to fit into this whole Nazi criminal business. She more looks like a rich lady Cavill attempts to woo, either for the mission or his own entertainment, suggesting that the film may have a twisty-turny plot which doesn't make a whole lot of sense and is mainly there to facilitate fun action sequences. Which is fine.
