Often deemed the forgotten man in terms of The Nightmare Before Christmas, director Henry Selick certainly doesn't get the credit he deserves for the film, or for helping turn Burton's fluid ideas into something concrete. This is one of the very few images of Selick on set, and more importantly which seems to show Selick in the dominant role.
