The Single Biggest Mistake Each MCU Film And TV Show Has Made

28. Captain America: Civil War - The Occasionally Illogical Plotting

Captain America: Civil War might be a fairly unfaithful adaptation of the classic comic book story arc it adapts, but it's still an absolute all-timer for the MCU and it doesn't make many mistakes at all. Frankly, it's among the finest superhero films to date.

If there's one big slip-up, it's that the plot does sometimes feel a bit illogical (as well-written as the film mostly is). The otherwise great lead villain Baron Zemo (Daniel Bruhl) did have a bit of a ridiculous plan and at times it does feel like the main conflict could've easily been avoided had Captain America and Tony Stark just sat down and had a conversation.

Also, as great as the introduction of Tom Holland's Spider-Man was here, Tony Stark going to hire this random new superhero felt a bit out-of-place.

Still, other than those small quibbles, bravo.
