The Weinsteins GET HAPPY with Judy Garland biopic

The Weinsteins have optioned Gerald Clarke's biography GET HAPPY: THE LIFE OF JUDY GARLAND and are setting the wheels in motion for a film adaptation chronicling the life of the self-destructive star of yesteryear. Clarke was the author of the Truman Capote biopic which served as the basis for the 2005 feature CAPOTE which Phillip Seymour Hoffman won an Oscar for leading. This kind of real life/star biopic has always been the basis for an extraordinary amount of Oscar potential and you can imagine this being a much sought after production in Hollywood. But The Weinsteins now have the ardous task of finding an actress who can play young and old Judy, both convincingly. And presumably someone who can sing and dance... how's about Ellen Page? Who's gonna GET HAPPY...
